Yule was the traditional name for the celebrations around the 25th; the festival lasted for twelve days, which are now the twelve days of Christmas. Happy Solstice and New Year!
THE GODDESS REAWAKENED
In the ebb tide of the year
The waning moon since the Solstice
In cities, in groves and streams
Awaken my Goddess from deepest dreams
Magic be thy element and union with Goddess self
Sacred manifestation of sexuality
Return to the Circle, awaken from thy sleep
Blessed be thy creature of earth
Return to us to taste the sweetness of life!

I believe the Earth is not just rock she is a living being. As the winter brings death upon her. I yearn for the spring to give her life and strength. As the winter brings death upon her. I yearn for the spring to give her life and strength. Now you know truth. You can no longer deny the sacrifices she made throughout time. Our ancestors believe she was living being too. No they thought of her as strong, beautiful Goddess. I believe the Earth
